A little while ago we heard about this cute little cafe situated in western Sydney tucked away in a quite street in Girraween right by the Industrial Estate. Located 15 mins away from Parramatta CBD, Paper Plane Factory is open 6am till 2pm daily. The food here is delicious and the plating is amazing. We enjoyed the Buddha Bowl and a large soy latte for just under $25 pp.

This Buddha Bowl has everything a vegetarian would ever ask for. Packed full of flavour with brown rice, mixed seeds and sultanas, chilli mushrooms, kale, cabbage avo, pickled cucumber and carrot, topped with an amazing fried egg and hummus.
